Made-To-Order Product Policy

Most products available on Tannorium are handcrafted and manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

For this reason, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Returns Eligible For Review

Customers may request assistance if they receive:

  • Incorrect product

  • Incorrect size sent by the supplier

  • Damaged item

  • Defective item

  • Product significantly different from its description

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer preference

  • Personal taste

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor variations in leather texture, grain, or color

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized products

  • Videos

  • Description of the issue
